Accommodation Services Assistant / Cleaner

We are currently looking to appoint an Accommodation Services Assistant / Cleaner to join our small team of cleaners; to help carry out varied cleaning tasks in a friendly school environment. Your main duties will include mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning washrooms/toilets, shower blocks, offices and boarding accommodation.

You will also:
● Ensure that areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times
● Maintain health and safety standards at all times
● Ensure cleaning equipment and cleaning products are maintained and stored correctly

 

To succeed in this role you will need:
● Good organisation skills
● Good verbal communication skills
● Ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines
● To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work

 

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
